This notice explains how J Squared L.L.C-FZ (“J Squared”, “we”) handles personal data on getjsquared.com.

What this website stores

This static website does not contain an account system, checkout or contact form. It stores only your language preference in your browser. Standard hosting security logs may record technical information such as IP address, browser type, requested page and timestamp.

When you contact us

If you contact us by email, Instagram or WhatsApp, we use the details and message you provide to respond, maintain a business record and protect against misuse. Please do not send symptoms, diagnoses, medical records, passport details, payment-card data or other sensitive information through these channels.

Purpose, retention and sharing

We use contact data only for the inquiry you initiated, requested updates, legitimate business records and security. Inquiry records are normally deleted or anonymised within 12 months after the last meaningful contact unless a longer period is required by law, an active contract or a dispute. We do not sell personal data.

We may use service providers for website hosting, business email and communications. Those providers may process data outside the UAE under their own safeguards. We disclose data where required by law or necessary to protect legal rights.

Links to Vuit Seoul, My K-Med, Instagram, WhatsApp and other services lead to separate destinations with their own privacy notices. Review the relevant notice before submitting data there.

Your choices and rights

Subject to applicable UAE law, you may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or a copy of your personal data, or withdraw consent where consent is the basis for processing. Email jj@j-squared.io. We may need to verify your identity before acting.

My K-Med is an information concept, not a channel for medical or patient records. Do not submit health information through J Squared contact channels.
